TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Entire Decal MUST be permanently affixed to lower right front inside windshield (passenger-side). Decals are not transferable and may not be transferred from one vehicle to another.
Decals that are taped to the windshield, or mounted on anything other than the lower right front inside windshield (passenger-side) will be subject to citation and may be towed at the owner’s expense.
If permitted vehicle information should change, bring in decal with new registration/paperwork in exchange for a new decal. Only two (2) decals can be purchased per applicant. Each vehicle permit will incur a separate fee. Upon termination of employment, return decal by the 4th of the month to receive a credit. If decal is returned after the 4th, your company will be billed for the entire month.
Lost decals may be replaced at the cost of the parking permit.
If driving a substitute vehicle due to auto repair, a temporary parking permit may be granted at the OMC Employee Parking booth A TEMPORARY PERMIT IS VALID FOR UP TO A MAXIMUM OF SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS.
This is your contract. It licenses you to park and lock one vehicle in a designated area at your sole risk. The Port of Oakland does not guard nor assume cars, custody, or control of your vehicle or its contents and is not responsible for fire, theft, damage, or loss. No other bailment is created. Park in marked stalls only. No guarantee of space availability. Improperly parked and unregistered vehicles will be cited and/or towed at owners’ expense. Acts of vandalism or destruction of the access control equipment, parked automobiles, and/or any other property; illegal or illicit activity in the parking lot, will result in the assessment of fines and repair costs along with the permanent revocation of parking privileges on Airport grounds. The Port of Oakland shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to motor vehicles or to any property contained therein to any cause whatsoever while such vehicles are parked in the Airport parking lots. Use of the parking lot to store an unused or infrequently used vehicle is prohibited. The Director of Aviation or his designee may revoke parking privileges at any time.
