Renewing your OAK GT Permit

How to use GateKeeper:

-  Go to the following web address: https://oak.gtcvms.com/GSIVendor/LogOnForm.aspx

-  Enter your username and password, the select the Login button

-  Once you are logged into your account, you will see the Account Page. You can expand the individual tabs by clicking the "+" icon next to Address, Driver, and Contacts. 

How to add an additional user to your account

-  In the menu bar (in blue) at the top right of the screen, select Manage, Add Account User

How to access your payment portal

- Go to https://gtams.adcompsystems.com/Oakland/Webportal/

 

How to run Trip Detail Report in GateKeeper: 

-  Go to the following web address:  https://oak.gtcvms.com/GSIVendor/LogOnForm.aspx 

-  Enter your username and password, the select the Login button

-  In the menu bar (in blue) at the top right of the screen, select "Reports"

-  In the drop down menu select Trip Charges Detail

-  Select "Continue" button

-  Complete Form and select "View Report" button
