Q: I received my parking decal, where do I place it.

A: Employee Parking Permits:
Entire Decals must be permanently affixed to the Lower RIGHT Front Inside Windshield (Passenger Side)
Remove ALL Expired parking permits from windshield

 

Q: I am permanently replacing my vehicle. What should I do?

A:Complete a Notice of Change Form. Transfer decal permanently to new vehicle, bring the decal in for an exchange if it does not stick. Do not tape or place in a pouch.
